(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”)recognizes that customer information entrusted to the Company in the course of its internal administrative operations is essential to the Company’s ability to provide high quality services. The Company has complied and continues to comply with all laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding the handling of customer information, and in order to ensure that our customers can use our services with peace of mind, we place the highest priority on protecting customer information and have implemented the following measures.
The Company has established a management system for the formulation, implementation and operation of personal data protection management. Under the management of the personal information manager, all persons engaged in the business will handle all personal information related to the business safely and accurately while implementing the personal information protection management. We will also regularly review and improve this policy and personal data protection management. When handling personal information in our company, we will only use the information for the purposes specified at the time of acquisition and will not handle personal information beyond the necessary scope. We also use personal information entrusted to us by our clients only within the scope of the contract and do not use it for our own purposes. When outsourcing personal information, the Company will select a company with an adequate personal information protection system in advance, conclude a contract with the outsourced company not to leak or re-consign personal information, and provide personal information under the Company’s appropriate supervision. The Company shall take reasonable safety measures and corrective action measures to the extent feasible to prevent unauthorised access to, loss, damage or leakage of personal information, and shall endeavour to handle personal information in an appropriate manner. The Company complies with all laws and regulations relating to the handling of personal information, establishes internal rules in line with these laws and regulations, and strives to ensure that personal information is handled in an appropriate manner. The Company has established a contact point for complaints and consultations regarding the disclosure of personal information and questions about the Company’s personal information protection management, and will respond appropriately and promptly.
Personal information obtained prior to the enforcement of the Personal Information Protection Law and prior to the implementation of the Personal Information Protection Management System will be used only for the “Purposes of Use of Personal Information” as specified separately, and will be used and protected in the same manner as described above.
